All four bedrooms are air conditioned and feature king beds, attached baths, cordless phones, and covered decks on the water. One of the bedrooms is in the separate and very private pool deck suite with its own cable television and Bose CD player.

The great room provides an incredible view of the entire bay through a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the 55-foot long covered veranda on the water. The stunning 20 foot long designer kitchen features a huge island with built-in cook surface and bar seating for four, custom teak cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils needed. A laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. The great room is also home to the entertainment center, which features 5.1 home theater surround speakers, a large TV/monitor with cable, VCR and DVD, and CD player. Outdoor speakers are hidden on the pool deck. A library of music and movies is provided, as well as a notebook PC computer with internet access.

Located on Rendezvous Bay on the south shore of St John, Sanctuary is your own private escape. Walk down the steps to the beach, where you can swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean, or relax by the pool and take in the gentle breeze off the bay. The Sundance spa is always yours to enjoy by day, or lay back and watch the incredible show of stars at night. A two-person kayak is tied up on the beach, waiting for you to explore the reefs and shoreline.
